Delivery thresholds use discounted product totals. An unfinished payment holds the offer until safely cancelled. Used offers are not reissued after returns. Signing up again does not renew it.

Card payments are processed through Stripe. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. Review your total before completing payment.
Your delivery country selects the payment currency: Sweden uses SEK, Denmark DKK, Norway NOK and all other EU destinations EUR. Prices are set separately for each currency. Cultco does not convert prices using live exchange rates.
Each brand sends its own parcel. Delivery charges are shown separately by brand at checkout and included in the order total. Products from different brands may arrive separately.
Delivery options depend on the brand and destination. Choose your delivery country in the bag or checkout to see the available delivery options and charges. If an option is unavailable, contact us before ordering.
Check the store policies and the details for the relevant brand. If you need help with a return, email us with your order reference and the product concerned so we can direct you to the right information.
Open Account and enter your email address. We will email you a sign-in code. Your customer account lets you manage your details and view the orders linked to it.
You can submit a brand application for review. If your brand is approved, you will receive a secure invitation to set up access to its workspace. Brand managers use the separate brand login.
After approval, use your secure invitation to create your login. Your brand dashboard contains your products, orders and shipping settings. If you already have a brand on Cultco, contact us for access.
Cultco manages enrolment of approved brands. Cultco funds launch rewards; future brand-funded contributions require a separate agreement. Contact us to discuss participation and read the brand terms.
Welcome points are available after joining with a verified account. Purchase points are pending until 24 days after dispatch. Your wallet shows available and pending points separately.
Products from enrolled brands count unless excluded. Check the product page for its earning preview. Points cannot pay for shipping.
We reverse the purchase rewards for returned items and restore the points used on those items. Your cash refund is based on the amount actually paid.
Yes, when review rewards are enabled. Only verified purchases qualify, once per product and account. The reward is the same for every rating. Rewarded reviews are labelled.
Everyone can browse. Members redeem the full points price; delivery is paid separately at the brand’s normal rate. Reward orders are separate from your shopping bag and earn no purchase or review points.
