Member terms
Cultco Circle is operated by Cultco’s seller, 6FIVE AB. Membership is optional and separate from marketing consent. These terms supplement your ordinary purchase and return rights.
Joining
One membership and welcome bonus per verified customer account. Membership is free and voluntary. Guests can continue shopping without joining. Deliberate duplicate accounts or abuse may lead to a wallet review.
Earning
Purchase rewards apply to eligible product amounts actually paid, including VAT and excluding shipping, after other discounts and Circle redemption. Points are rounded down per order line. Purchase points become available 24 days after dispatch. Test orders do not earn or spend points. Purchases made before joining do not earn points retrospectively.
Spending
Points are a discount, not money, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The minimum eligible product spend below applies only when using welcome points. The redemption cap applies to every redemption. Other available points are used first. Shipping is excluded; free-shipping qualification uses the product subtotal before Circle redemption. Points reserved for an unfinished payment remain unavailable until payment completes or its cancellation or expiry is confirmed.
Returns and corrections
Returns reverse the earned points proportionally and restore redeemed points for returned items. Refunds never exceed the money paid. If already-spent rewards must be reversed, the ledger can show a negative balance; future earnings first cover that balance. Suspected payment irregularities can temporarily freeze redemption while reviewed. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Reviews
Approved verified-purchase reviews earn the displayed fixed reward once per product, regardless of star rating. Reviews must be relevant, original and free of abusive content or personal information. Rewarded reviews are disclosed. Full returns reverse the associated review reward.
Programme changes and privacy
Points have no expiry at launch. We will communicate material changes before they apply and will not retrospectively reduce earned points without a justified correction. Account, order and reward activity is processed to operate the programme, as described in our Privacy notice. Contact us to request help or close membership.
The Circle Collection
Everyone can browse. Members redeem the full points price; delivery is paid separately at the brand’s normal rate. Reward orders are separate from your shopping bag and earn no purchase or review points. Welcome points keep their minimum-spend condition. For this collection, we check the reward’s value using Circle’s published fixed points values.
Earn rewards worth 2% of eligible product spend after discounts. Receive 2500 welcome points when you join. Use points for up to 100% of eligible products in an order.

These are fixed programme values, not live exchange rates. Your checkout currency determines the value applied.
An approved qualifying review currently earns 500 points. Zero means review rewards are off.
