From your first points to your next reward: here is how Circle works.
When can I spend my points?
Welcome points are available after joining with a verified account. Purchase points are pending until 24 days after dispatch. Your wallet shows available and pending points separately.
Which products count?
Products from enrolled brands count unless excluded. Check the product page for its earning preview. Points cannot pay for shipping.
What happens when I return something?
We reverse the purchase rewards for returned items and restore the points used on those items. Your cash refund is based on the amount actually paid.
Can I earn points for an honest review?
Yes, when review rewards are enabled. Only verified purchases qualify, once per product and account. The reward is the same for every rating. Rewarded reviews are labelled.
